How to Book Your City Tour or Baltic Sea Cruise Shore Excursion
All rates given on our website are in Euros / EUR currency.
If you are interested in one of our Tallinn tours or activities, or our Baltic Sea cruise shore excursions, please send us a booking request or confirm your tour on our website. This can be done very easily via phone, e-mail or the website online booking form.
All you need to tell is which tour(s) you are interested in, the language and group size, pickup place, your name and your contact details.
We respond to all booking requests within 48 hours. If you have not heard from us by that time, please resend your request or call us as e-mails are sometimes blocked by spam filters.
We try to accommodate all requests for changes and, as a general rule, there is no extra fee for changing your booking. If you have made a group booking and some group members fail to show up at the last moment, you are responsible for compensating us for all related extra costs (having a larger vehicle, for example).
Payment options (Bank Transfer, Secured Online Payment link, Transferwise, Paypal )
Cash payments are only available for last minute bookings in Tallinn, Estonia for requests confirmed less then 48 hours before the tour time.
You can pay via bank transfer or through Paypal. For bank transfers we are offering two options – either regular bank transfer or bank transfer through Transferwise, which is a global peer-to-peer money transfer service.
We do not charge extra for receiving international bank transfers.
If you want to pay for the tour via credit card, you can do so via Paypal. We will send you an electronic Paypal invoice which you can pay online.
You can cancel up to 7 days before the confirmed tour date, we will refund your tour cost. However if the payment was made by PayPal or Credit Card, transaction fee is not refunded. In case of a bank transfer, the cost of the transfer is kept, if applicable.
We respond to your booking requests via phone seven days a week from 08:00 to 19:00 ( Eastern European Standard Time) and correspond via e-mail Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind When Booking an Accessible Tour
● Accessible tours allow a limited number of participants due to accessible vehicle size restriction ; therefore we recommend you submit your request as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
● Requests must be submitted with the mobility device type (scooter, walker, wheelchair), dimensions (L x W x H) and device weight.
● An able-bodied person should accompany a full-time wheelchair user at all times during the tour
● Tour guide nor drivers are not allowed to lift or assist a guest in or out of a vehicle.
● Vehicles, ramps and lifts may vary depending upon the port and availability.
We are pleased to offer a discount for travelers with a young family as follows: infants 3 years old and younger are free, 15% discount is available for ages 4-12.
Child Car Seat on buses, minibuses and coaches
According to regulations kid’s chairs are not mandatory in buses and vehicles with taxi licenses. Guests are welcome to bring their own child car seat, if wished. If you prefer child seat(s) to be provided by us, it is possible with rate of 10 EUR per chair per day. Advance reservation is required.
Guests with Mobility Challenges
Please consult us for assistance with selecting a tour best suited for you. Most tour itineraries can be altered to fit your needs and requirements. In order to make your selection process easier, we have marked tour suitable for guests with mobility challenges with adequate symbols.
Kindly please note, all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult 18 years or older in order to participate in our tour programs.
If for any reason you need to cancel a tour, please send us this information as soon as possible. You can cancel without any penalty fee* up to 7 days before the tour. If you cancel less than seven days before the tour but more than 48 hours before the tour, you will have to pay 50% of the tour cost. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the tour, you are required to cover the whole cost of the tour. Please note that in case of a no-show, you are also responsible for covering the full cost of the tour.

Tallinn, Estonia – 10 Eur/h is added for tours in Chinese, Danish, Norwegian, Polish, Japanese, Korean, Turkish, Dutch languages
Vilnius, Lithuania – 10 Eur/h is added for tours in Chinese language
Klaipeda, Lithuania – 10 Eur/h is added for tours in Chinese language
Gdansk, Poland – 10 Eur/h is added for tours in Chinese language
Please note, tipping is a very personal matter and the decision to tip and how much to give is entirely yours. However, some general guidelines might be helpful.
Gratuities to the guide and driver are not included in the tour price and are as per the standards about 10-15%. It is a good idea to divide any gratuity between your guide and driver and give it separately to them: 10% to the guide and 5% to the driver.
Please have some cash with you (USD or EUR) for this reason, but it is, of course, always up to you.
