Reviews of our tours
We booked a private tour so we could see Copenhagen before boarding the Baltic Sea Cruise. We were picked up at the airport and dropped off at the cruise ship – so easy. It was worth every penny. We saw all the major sites and learned so much history of Copenhagen. Our guide, Benedicta, was amazing. We will definitely use Estonian Experience again if the need arises!
Our flight arrived in Copenhagen early in the morning and we couldn’t check into our AirBNB until 3pm. Our travel party consisted of 2 seniors, 2 children, and 2 adults. We were worried about what to do with our luggage and ourselves until we could get to our AirBNB. Thankfully we discovered Estonian Experience and booked a private tour with them. A driver and a guide picked us up at the airport, stored our luggage in the vehicle for the day, took us on a 5 hour private tour of Copenhagen, and dropped us off at our AirBNB. The service of our tour guide, Ian, and driver were amazing. Ian was so helpful and showed us all of the beautiful things that Copenhagen has to offer. He gave us advice as to what we could do on other days while we were visiting this city. He even helped unload our luggage and carried it into our AirBNB at the end of the day. This experience helped make the start of our vacation relaxing and enjoyable. Even the booking process was wonderful. Triin was quick to reply to all of my emails to help plan this amazing tour. I highly recommend Estonian Experience for future tours.
We had a wonderful day in Copenhagen! Sophie was an excellent guide, both knowledgeable and personable. We love this beautiful city and hope someday to spend more time on a return visit. We would enjoy another Estonian Experience tour (maybe the Castle & Countryside) and would certainly ask for Sophie if she were available.Thank you for making Copenhagen one of the highlights of our trip!
Estonian Experience provided my extended family of 18 a very memorable experience as we visited Stockholm, Helsinki, Tallin, Riga, and Copenhagen. The guides were all very professional and knowledgeable, and their love and passion for their homeland and culture was evident in the way they introduced us to their culture. They were all prompt or early (always awaiting us, never us awaiting them), and very flexible in accommodating our group’s desires and needs. Booking with Estonian Experience for the multicity tour took out a lot of stress of coordinating with what would have been 5 different tour companies. Eva-Maria and her team were very pleasant and easy to work with, not to mention accommodating, and Eva-Maria herself attended a couple of our tours that had itineraries that were new to the company.Estonian Experience is highly recommended.
We recently visited Stockholm, Tallinn and Copenhagen on a Baltic Cruise. Whilst searching for private tour guides in each city on TripAdvisor I happened across “Estonian Experience”. They seemed to be highly rated and offered a good tour in each city. Not knowing the region or anything about Estonia I took the plunge and booked all three city tours with the company in a package paying via PayPal. They did not disappoint, each guide and (where applicable driver) had outstanding local knowledge, were flexible and fun. We found Estonian Experience to be highly professional. Enjoy!
