Estonian Experience had the pleasure of hosting Hamdi Ulukaya, CEO & founder of Chobani and globally known philanthropist

Hamdi Ulukaya, philanthropist  and CEO of Chobani in Tallinn to inspire and discuss with Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves on global matters during the Creativity for Change Forum of The Tallinn Music Week 2016.

During his recent visit to Tallinn, Estonia as the speaker for The Tallinn Music Week global forum to discuss solutions for a fairer and more tolerant world – called “Creativity For Change”, Estonian Experience had the pleasure of hosting the Kurdish- American entrepreneur and philanthropist Hamdi Ulukaya.

During Creativity for Change Forum he encouraged entrepreneurs to get engaged in resolving the refugee crises along with everyone else: “If you have money, give it. If you have time, offer it. If you have a voice, we all do, raise it.”

TMW 2016 hosted 35 000 visitors, 250 artists from 30 countries and over 1000 music industry delegates and creative entrepreneurs from Nordics to Middle East. The festival offered discoveries of the city space, architecture, design, film, art, food, craft beer and public talks and hosted conference programmes for TMW music industry conference and Creativity for Change Forum with inspirational talks by President Toomas Hendrik Ilves as well as Kurdish Turk entrepreneur and philanthropist Hamdi Ulukaya.

The festival offered a wide specter of genres from jazz, folk and classical music to noise, hip-hop, metal and dance, as well as a focused programme of music from Middle East and Africa. Home concerts, stunning raves in spectacular spaces, a DJ-set by President Ilves, sunny outdoor stages, street food and real joy of diversity and togetherness.
