Hassle-Free Cancellations

If for any reason you need to cancel a tour, please send us this information as soon as possible.

You can cancel up to 7 days before the confirmed tour date, we will refund your tour cost. However if the payment was made by PayPal or Credit Card, 3% transaction fee is not refunded. In case of a bank transfer, the cost of the transfer is kept, if applicable.

If you cancel less than seven days before the tour but more than 48 hours before the tour, you will have to pay 50% of the tour cost.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the tour, you are required to cover the whole cost of the tour. Please note that in case of a no-show, you are also responsible for covering the full cost of the tour.
