Payment terms
Total payment is due 21 days before first tour date. If your booking date is less then 21 days before your tour date, payment within 7 days is due, but no later then 48h before the tour starting time.
Partial payments
We are flexible with the payment schedule. However our standard deposit deadline is within 2 weeks from the date you have confirmed your booking with us.
Standard deposit is 25% of the total sum due. Partial payment option is available until 30 days before the first tour date.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation and full refund up to 7 days before tour date
50% fee when cancelled 2 to 6 days before tour date
No refund when cancelled less than 48 hours before tour date
You can cancel up to 7 days before the confirmed tour date, we will refund your tour cost. However if the payment was made by PayPal or Credit Card, 3% transaction fee is not refunded. In case of a bank transfer, the cost of the transfer is kept, if applicable.
